Login to https://www.abbotsfordpickleball.ca/agrec (not the spaces app), go to my bookings and click either:

1. Reschedule - you will be able to reschedule to another session of the same type only. Your session fee is transferred to the new session date.

2. Cancel - the session will be canceled, no refund will be provided.

We do not offer refunds.

Please reschedule to the same type of session you are already in.

For example, if you booked "OpenRec", you can only reschedule to

another "OpenRec" session.

You cannot reschedule from OpenRec to DUPR.

Email us HERE and include as much detail as you can.

Reason for email: Rescheduling session not possible

Include: date / time / type of session

We will work with you as best we can to slot you into

the next available, same type session.

Sessions are posted on the schedule as soon as we finalize the

negotiations with the city.

This is a time consuming process as we have to navigate around

what other clubs have already booked.

We also have to take into account what you the members have

told us you prefer for session type, day of week, time of day, and

if there is a host available.

We are always looking for hosts.

The more notice the better! Preferably 24 hours or more.

Short notice cancellations and no shows are a disappointment for everyone.

Organized sessions often require a set number of players to function well, giving notice allows other members time to fill your spot. Volunteer session hosts , as amazing as they are, can’t always respond immediately to messages, so give them as much time as you can.

Only registered members of the Abbotsford Pickleball Association who are also members of PickleballBC and Pickleball Canada can play sessions at AgRec at this time. You can however, invite your friends and family to become members…. Win win for everyone!

Use it like you would for any other site, the only caveat here is you cannot use it on Spaces. You can only use it on AbbotsfordPickleball.ca
