Annual General Meeting

 

Our AGM is scheduled for Saturday March 22 1 PM to 2:30 PM, at AgRec immediately following the Team Challenge. At this meeting the Directors will be elected by electronic voting, if necessary. If there are more than eleven members standing for election then voting will be required, if there are less, then a vote is not required. Official notice of the date, time, agenda, plus reports from the Treasurer and President will be sent out by Saturday March 5.
